What control throws are a good starting point for this plane? Both high and low rate. Also is EXPO necessry and if so where should I start for each surface?

Thanks for answering my questions Devo... Iam new to the world of 3D and do not want to over do it on my first attempt. Ihave flown several low wing sport planes.... my favorite was a Star Fire 40......
