how do you go about mounting a direct drive motor on the piccolo? I've seen people with the motor zip tied on and it dosent look to sturdy.

Probly metioned already but i didn't feel like reading through 3 pages of crap. HPI did NOT create the first tvp mt it was Kyosho with the mad force. so every savage owner should be thanking kyosho...

hes talking about his flywheel not spur gear. any way you can use a piston locking tool or a set of channel locks to hold the fly wheel so you can tighten it corestly. also put some blue thread llock...

it would probly be easier to gey rid of the tail motor and tilt the the main blades for all your directional control. to spin in place all you need to do is tilt one rotor forward and one back wards...

no it's not hard at all but it seems pointless. It's not going to make you engine preform any better it just makes it look good. It will function however as a marketing ploy;)
