Can new nimh AA 2100ma cells be used?

Hi all
Has anyone tried the newer AA cells nimh 2100 ma or less be used in a speed 400 - 7.2v set up ?
I was planning to try an 8 ( or 7 ) cell pack to power a park flyer that currently uses...

I have not been able to find mush on flapping heads so i'll try your easy approach first.

Thanks for the advice guy's!
I might still give it a try as the idea for building a four blade flapping head has me a little worred at this time. The single shaft and contra rotating blades seams...

I have an old crash victim of a twin rotor gyro with a short wing.
I am thinking of rebuilding this with no wing and 2x2 blade rotors on a single shaft with them running contra rotating.

I have seen the site and downloaded heeps of info from it. Lots of info on various plans and design but out of my leage when it comes to buying a plan or kit. I just a poor...

I have flown fixed wing aircraft for years and have built a twin rotor plane a few years back but would love to build something with a full functioning head and for preference 2 blade rotor...
