Save yourself some big problems in advance. Throw away the eflite gearbox or the himax gearbox if thats what you bought and get a cobri. You'll end up buying one after the others strip spur gears...

The cobri gearbox is by far the best imo. It is quiet, light, and trouble free.

You will need to change to APC props. An APC SF prop pulls less amps than the same size efite prop so the...

hold power on all the way to the ground. It would add a little weight but I would consider beefing up the LG plate.

Yes, I was in PPM mode. It is working now. The problem was with the connector that looks like a stereo jack. It was intermittently making contact.
