Here are some photos of my super sportster with the TGY 52cc engine. we have been testing the engine and it is running fine also starts very easy.:D

To be on the safe side I would not fly it longer than 10-15 minutes. I have a giant stinger with a DL-50 on it and use a 16oz tank and fly about 10 minutes and when I land there is still some gas...

That will work as long as you can get the diaphragm wet with some fuel it should start to draw fuel from the tank.

I also had problems getting an Acorn nut to fit my 26GT wound up buying a 10mm X 1 tap and running it down the threads works great now.
