HI I JUST CONVERTED TWO 18 CC WEEDEATER LITES AND DID THE FLYWHEELS WITH A 4" BELT SANDER. PLACED FLYWHEEL FACE DOWN ON BELT AND JUST KEPT ON TURNING IT UNTILL THE FINS WERE WHERE I WANTED THEN....

i am flying a ryan,s rebel and also a roadrunner with a 90" wing span. both will do anything you want to do with a plane. ps having a ball.

in regards to bandsaw blades. saw outfits make up blades to fit your saw. they will cut fine on aluminum and light steel. i got a metal blade for my saw at Lowes. good luck

HI I HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THAT AND I FOUND THAT THE GASKET ON THE REAR OF THE CRANKCASE WAS BROKE AND LEAKING AIR. MINE WOULD NOT RUN AT LOW SPEED' GOOD LUCK[>:]
