I don't know if the cylinders all came the same and Bill O. modified them or like Ralph and TOM suggested, maybe they were factory modified for different saws. I would certainly be curious to know...

So was this just a pattern change with Mahle or did the mfgr. of the cylinder also change? Do they interchange with the older ones?
