they buy their insurance from the provider of their choice, or they post a bond with the state to bypass the ins requirement. the state sure as ell don't tell em they have to have one companies ins,...

as an individual, i would like to be able to offer site owner primary ins to site owners. as it stands now, not happening. that is just one thing that is only allowed for clubs to do.
