Hmm maybe when I bullet proof the damn drivetrain (or at least improve it somewhat!!!!!) ;) theres a K4.6 sittin doin nothin as well (hmmm truggy maybe....)

OK heres a step by step guide to making your own 14mm wheel hexes (they will not last forever tho!!!)

Step 1: Take a set of max (savage) size wheels.

Step 2: Paint on a thin layer of PVA...

Cant use the Savage hex because the axle size is too big.
As for spurs, PJ is the guru there...

Yea thats the page I have bookmarked as well, tho it doesnt list the axle carriers (t maxx) and bearings (what size??) and hexes (im not familiar with buggy set ups!).

Yup...just snapped another wheel axle..[:@]...must be all that power only going to the back wheels, or just the better grip, or a combination of both...will seriously look at the swift conversion for...

Heres some photos of the MT2 with the Komodos. Dyed them black but didnt use enough dye so they turned out blue, but Im happy with the colour.
Had it going today, I love it with them on.

Have been away on holiday for a week so just glueing them on as we speak. The foams are really thick for the size of the tire and the bead is 4mm deep on the tire and 3mm deep on the rim so you will...

These just arrived for the MT2 they have 22mm offset and have a 14mm hex, I got the dyable white ones but there are heaps of styles available in the stablemaxx range.
I also have some panther...

OK guys, ran the MT2 today with the Savage wheels/tyres, I may have to lower the gearing, its insanely fast!!! But man I love the grip it has now. :D
I wouldnt bother lowering the gearing but it...

And also I couldnt wait to try those Sav wheels, so I made a set makeshift 14mm hexes to test them out.
They are made from epoxy. Should last enough to give me taste. Now just have to fix the car...
