The tight coupling of the AMA and clubs made sense at one time but not any more. Why restrict your growth when the hobby as a whole is growing because clubs can't or will not help. We all join(ed)...

When did the AMA become a club specific organization? The two do seem to be part and parcel don't they, with no possible way of separating the two. So basically the AMA/club way or the highway huh?...

Interesting the discussion has taken a turn to what I have been saying for a long time the AMA needs to stop the tight coupling with clubs as the major recruiting method, with the majority of AMA...
