skin is not hurt( or burnt ) but I melted the foam under the skin, about 5 inch's or so behind the spar. I have used this expanding foam before on a smashed front corner, sprayed it into a small...

I might be able to help you out. I got a set of wings from VF dented and when I tryed to pop them out with a heat gun I got it to hot and melted the foam, was going to try some of that expanding...
