Umatilla would be nice. The City of Leesburg has quite a bit of property out on Highway 33 that is doing nothing. I'm thinking that an RC field would put a few of these acres to good use.

How would you address the shortfall if your club were paying, say about 5 grand per year for the lease? 10 and 15 bucks would fall far short of the ante.

Yes, you did say that. In the case of the helicopters flying the pattern, if they don't have a separate area, then they should fly the pattern. It's for safety.
