I hope you aren't flying that low--there are buildings around that are higher than my plane was. I think those would be a bigger worry :)

I'm using the IS-DV, and I'm not sure what it weighs, but it's not much. Maybe 10oz or so... Doesn't seem like much, but it sure does make a difference in the planes flight characteristics. ...
