The Park Pilot program should have taught us something. We went for years where all modelers paid the same membership fee, be they indoor microfilm or turbine flyers. We never heard the microfilm...

There were at least a dozen scheduled sanctioned events in Michigan during July, August and September. Have you ever looked at the Contests Calendar that appears in every issue of Model Aviation?

If 1/10th of the effort spent here P and Ming about the AMA and why it is losing membership were spent in actually building up the organization the AMA would not have a problem with declining...

All hobbies where craftsmanship and a multitude of skills are developed and nurtured by the members are facing the same problem (if you want to consider it a problem). Ask any real model railroader....
