Yea those are the wheels, but mine are hard coated. Keep in mind, you have to modify them to fit the Hellfire. So if you screw up modifying them, it can get costly.

Purchased these wheels on ebay. Got the hard coated version. Its New Era wheels. They come in polished and they don't fit the Hellfire. It fits TMaxx, Revo, MGT. They are direct mount. I had to...
