I was out shopping last Sunday for a new float/valve for the toilet, and ended up coming home with a Gyrotor. (Don't ask) - I couldn't leave it behind since...

I would agree that it sounds like a defective copter. - I thought of one other thing to check....
When you plug in your heli to the charger, do you have a red and green light on? Does the green...

First thing you need to do is make sure that your transmitter is on the right channel. These units have 3 channels on the TX, but the heli is configured to one of them.
