Yeah I use the super techniplate and I like it. I does cause buildup but I like to teardown and clean engines frequently for fun anyway so it's no big deal. I like to take them apart and shine things...

I pretty much always break in engines using 25:1 and then switch to 32:1. I use a variety of oils but generally Klotz, I like it and have a cheap source of it.
