You need to lose that zinger prop for starters and go with a bigger engine. Try an APC prop and you will see an improvement. I am running it with APC 11X6/7 on a tower hobbies .75 and with the 11X7...

Why bother with the trouble of adding retracts when you can just buy the keecat, which already comes with retracts.
