Oh yeah, I forgot all about that line as well. The "prove to us what you are doing is right". It fails on several points, one being as I already stated above, if a volunteer moderator were to act...

There is a whole lot more to it. And at any point the government can pretty much audit the organization to see what they have been doing, if it fits with the 501(c)3 requirements, and if not, yank...

The AMA website SHOULD be full of stuff like that. It is kinda required because of the 'educational' 501(c)3 status.
