There is plenty of "talent" out there, and model aviation is growing by leaps and bounds. The kids that want to play are playing, but they don't seem to want to play on turf claimed...

I don't feel that AMA is growing, so I am in the minority I guess. I just tend to look at the membership stats, and that's the conclusion I come to; simple numbers and trends, not mystical...

Term limits have nothing directly to do with declining membership. Indirectly it might, but only if people taking the seats of members retired by term limits do a better job to make AMA attractive...
