Your Rudder servo must be fading, or just not enough throw. Assuming the DA-50 can pull vertical, that is.

NO, you wont "cook" em. All you risk is a gear stripping or a sudden failure if hit them real hard.

I am sure using them in any normal mode would be fine, ...KE too. But dont try a full...

THose servos are OK for the light stuff. But, you are right, you need beefier ones for Hard snaps and tumbles, and the like. ...

hitecs 605's on this plane is a liability. They have centering and slop problems. MG retrofit kits available....but it is still a 605.

The small batteries are fine ...just need to be topped...

what do you do AFTER you get the alignment right with the "loose holes"....fill them with epoxy or Gorilla glue with the bolts and let them set???

I am going to have to cut out the old firewall insert and make and pin a new one in. My plane had a ZDZ50 in it before...

The breather hole problem is common , depending on airflow in the cowl. It happens to the big twins as well. THe nipple fix works , but the real fix is to get the thrust off the breather hole. ...
