My setup with VP30 and on board glow is with the original carb. It does throttle like an electric motor other than the slow to come back to idle. I agree that an electric motor would not have that...

I put a VP-30 on mine. I used the nipple that came with the pump and tapped the backplate of one of my well-used G2300 with standard carb. This setup runs like an electric motor which I have never...
