Default Simjet 2300 problem

Does anyone know what is used to restrict the fuel to the lubrication tubes on the Simjet 2300? and also where it is located.
While running the engine yesterday and approaching 3/4 throttle the turbine started to roar and a blue flame about 20cm long appeared at the tail cone and the centre started to glow red there was also a lot of smoke. It also ran on for a little time after turning off fuel so it seems that there was extra fuel lying in the chamber still to burn.
I decided to check the plumbing under the front cover and tried blowing through the lubrication pipe there does seem some restriction but not much. does anyone know how much restriction there should be?

Regards
Art
