Default Problems with Sim jet Nexus

I have a Nexus,starts great spools up great but it Surges at Full power and slightly at idle, you can actually feel it when you hold the model
has anybody come across this problem. I changed the fuel pump but it made no difference.

Hi John:

We have not seent this to date here in the US. Have you had a look at your fuel filter ? Please check to see that you have no air bubbles in the fuel delivery. Even the smallest air leak can not be spotted without close examination while running. If you have been thru the entire fuel delivery system and found no restrictions, air leaks, I would think it may be the RPM board.
