Should there be a restrictor in the lube line or is it not required in this engine. I've taken the festo off to replace and from the t piece festo to the lube festo there is obviously a very short piece of festo with no restrictor as found in other engines. I hope this makes sense as don't want too much fuel oil mix going to the bearings.
Regards

Mine has it. I was told by Kerry that it was important to keep it.

Hi Edgar
Thanks for the reply just to get my head round it...under the front cover the fuel line goes into a T piece and then a 90 elbow which is the lube line....is your restrictor inbetween the T piece and the 90 elbow in the 1" run of 4mm festo tube?
Many thanks
Mark

You must have a restrictor. The way to do it is to put a new 4 mm tube into the t-festo and then wrap it around the compressorintake one round and then somewhere in between put in the restrictor before connecting to the festoelbow again to the lubeintake :-).
