I would hysol two dubro 4-40 threaded inserts on each the wingtip, then drill through the missle and missle rail to pick up the threaded inserts.
On the missle body, I would do a counterbore to hide the fastening bolt head.

On 1/8 F16s I just CA the *****ers in. In case of a mishap they just dettach without damage to the wing. Don't think it would work on a 1/6 scale.
