Default RCU Magazine Review

There is a RCU Magazine review by Nathan Matt (Plane Insane) of the Tracker II containing the following statement:

"Functionality is as good as any other 8 Channel radio on the market today."

There is also a thread entitled THERE IS A TRACKER II containing hundreds of posts, many many of which concern the failure of this transmitter to provide even basic working mixes contained in other 8-channel radios. There is also a very long thread in E-Zone that addresses many of these same shortcoming of the Tracker II. The RCM Magazine review, however, makes no mention whatsoever of any of the Tracker II failures in either thread.

Guess this shows the value of RCU Magazine reviews.

Mr. Matt, care to respond to the posts in the thread THERE IS A TRACKER II by explaning to them how the "Functionality is as good as any other 8 Channel radio on the market today." ?

What did you expect.. This is now (and apparently allways was) A Commercial Site. You don't make it a habit of printing bad reviews on a commercial site tends to make advertising revenue dry up!!!

When RCU started deleting posts they lost all credibility in my book.

"It's an 8 channel radio with many of the same features and functions found on other 8 channel radios, but the technology behind this one is much more advanced."

Functionality as in the usability of its design and programming. Maybe the difference is a little confusing between function and feature and I should change it in the review?

Feel free to email with suggestions on what would make the review of the Tracker II better for the members.

RCU has always been moderated and posts were deleted in the first 2 weeks of its very existence. Your statement implies that we had no credibility in your book since the day you joined back in august. of 2002.

Thanks for the nice comment though. Maybe we will just stop reviewing products from now on. It would certainly make our jobs easier here if nobody appreciates them.
