Default Using 9C sliders to change top end rotor pitch on heli

Hello,
I was told the 9Z has a factory installed mix that allows you to vary the high end pitch of the heli rotor blades. Will the 9C allow you to program a mix into it that lets you do the same thing?? I want to be able to use the right hand slider to allow me to change my top end blade pitch one degree on either side of 9 degrees.

I figured a way how to do it. VR(e) slider moves the pitch curve at both ends--which is pretty close to the original request. The mix actually allows one degree of pitch in both directions and at each end of the pitch travel. I have +9 on top and can now vary that between 8-10 degrees. Same on the bottom.
