Default antena repositioning

Hello, I have this stupid idea and want to wind my antenna on the rear end of the buggy (the fender shaped wing); would you say that I’ll lose a lot of radio communication range or will it be minor? Thanks

Minor loss or none at all. Don't cut it and you'll be fine.

Fender shaped wing?
I don't understand where this would be.

Uh, this is a fender on an actual car. I don't see how that is "fender shaped"... it doesn't look like a fender guitar either.

Just be wary of wrapping radio antenna around something. The magnetic field and radio waves can cause glitching, but that's usually only if it's wrapped around something like a pencil.

if you’re not blind than you will see that its in hyperbolic shape and so are fenders, what other massive WING is there on a buggy??, so please don’t bs me, besides i have shown a picture AND we are not talking about real cars anyway, are we[X(]?.
p.s. thats a funny magnetic field concern

Furthermore, the magnetic field concern is valid, but only if (as the poster said) there is a metallic object inside the loops that you are creating around the wing mount, it should be expressed as an 'electromagnetic' field concern, though. Small detail, anyway, he's right, you shouldn't 'wrap' your antenna around anything in loops, it will cause range loss, and erratic signal at longer ranges (longer ranges than the drivers stand to the back straight, but even so...), this is advice directly from the manufacturers of the radio equipment. I'm sure some racers are getting away with it without a problem. I wouldn't do it though.
