Looking to buy an in cowl muff. for a DA 50.
Prefer a wrap around pitts.
I know Bisson, Slimline and TBM offer wrap around pitts but have never used either brand.
Any info out there?
Thx

I have the slimline and it has been great. Only part I don't like is the support bracket. I tossed mine in the trash and made a new one.
You can also see the choke plate I added to the other side of the motor. The choke rod lines up with the air intake of my cowl. Just reach in and grab the rod to choke the motor, simple.

I put a Bisson Pitts on my DA-50R. Easy installation and it sounds great. I put it in a Wild Hare Extra 300 and it fits well under the cowl. The only mod I did was to cut the pipes so I could get the cowl on. I did this very carefully so as not to cut off any more than was necessary. After cutting, the pipes extended about 1" below the cowl and this was fine and I didn't need any extensions.
