MM Pro problems?

Is anyone else having a problem with what I figure is the switch-over from sensored operation to sensorless operation (as you accelerate very gently)? If I gently increase the throttle from rest, I can find a point where even though I'm holding the throttle still, the power will be gyrating, accelerating and then slowing down, accelerating and slowing down, etc. in roughly half-second intervals. So I'm running full sensored mode, at least for now...

I had a similar problem with my Mamba Max during acceleration where it would cut off for half second and then throttle and it will repeat.. Basically not very smooth.
Turned out to be my radio problem.

Maybe you can try the C.H.E.A.T. mode. It seems like in order to use it, you have to turn off the sensored to sensorless switching. I could be wrong, but it might be worth a shot. Doesn't take but a second to try it.
I'd also try the latest firmware. It was just updated to fix a rough sensorless startup. There's an off chance it might fix your issue.

Well CHEAT mode is great for racing. Especially in the stock classes for the straights or coming out of the faster corners.
No other brushless ESC gives you so much control over the variable-timing advance. Some of them let you choose from a few different profiles but that's it.
