hello,
On a recent visit to Singapore, i purchased your Smartfly regulator with Failsafe switch, i have now installed it in my aircraft. I use a Spektrum AR9000 recvr with a flight log connected, this unit also shows input voltage, Upon connecting the regulator to a 2S lipo pack, i verified a voltage of 6.45V on turn on, i then proceeded to reduce the voltage to 6V, verified by a Voltmeter and the flight log, Only 1 rudder servo is connected to the unit for the moment. I then turned off the Failsafe switch, and after a minute turned it on again, The volatage showed a 6.45V output to recvr. I tried this a number of times, with the same result. Everytime i disconnect either the battery or the failsafe switch, the volatge returns again to 6.45V. Doesnt the votaGE REGULATOR preserve the setting. Please advise. I have also purchased a Super regulator from TBM, and i am afraid i will have a similar problem. I obviously cannot connect a voltmeter to the recvr output everytime i want to fly. please email as soon as you can in this regards. I have also emailed you directly in this regards.
Thank you & Regards

Hello Ravi,
Yes, it should retain the setting. I am not sure why yours does not. Are you sure its one of ours, you mentioned you bought it in Singapore? We have had no reports of any SuperReg or TurboReg behaving like this. How can I correct this? Can you send your Adj Regulator in?
