Default what's a good kit?

Ok, i need a good kit under £60 or $70usd. I have a esc, motor (brushed 380 motor) reciver crystals and a gun style remote. So i'll need props etc. My ESC is waterproof but im not sure about my reciver and the motor is defently not. Will this matter?. So all i really need is a kit and a few parts. I have batterys and stuff like that. I'm a rookie and i dislike RTR or RTF stuff. Thanks

Liam
