Yesterday I got a suggestion from my US friend about the collect ,here are the information:
most common collect is
2 piece stainless steel collets for the following
5mm motor shaft to .150 inch flex cable (3.81mm)
5mm motor shaft to .1875 inch flex cable (4.763mm)
6mm motor shaft to .150 inch flex cable (3.81mm)
6mm motor shaft to .1875 inch flex cable (4.763mm)
Is it right ?whatsizeof your Boat collect ?

These are good sizes for your production.
The 5mm will sell more than 6mm.
Most 6mm shaft motors are either for outrunners or Leopard 5682/5692 motors
I find it neat that China asks directly in a forum what is best for production.

the question isto flex cable 3.81mm
most common collect we used in China is 4*3.18mm , 5*4.76mm , 5*4mm in Electric Boat.

Hi Candy [sm=thumbs_up.gif] ,
If TFL Hobby considered what R/C Hobbyist were wanting as far as quality goes , TFL Hobby would have a bigger share of the R/C market . Such as doing research on what makes Boat hulls perform at a high level & the quality of the fibreglass manufacturing process ( etc ) , i am a appreciative of TFL Hobby making R/C more financially appealing ( i am an Apparition owner ) though i feel their is a certain lack of understanding by your company , in what your customers require !!! ....
