Tower Hobbies power vee! latest purchase
Hey guys, i have just this minute purchased a tower hobbies power vee!
Can anyone who has one or has experience with one tell me a bit about them.
Ive seacrhed up through threads and online and it seems like a sturdy boat and can be upgraded to a good performer?
Thanks, Jack

Should be a good starter boat.Dont expect crazy speed or anything..Although it is a FG hull, you could upgrade to brushless and you would double performance..But If you want to do that I would just buy a rtr brushless boat..Have fun!

The Power Vee is just a rebadged Aquacraft Hammer EP - which is not a bad thing at all. It's a great starter boat, not the fastest boat in the world, but it's really stable, lightweight and fun to play around with.
There are plenty of posts about the Hammer EP, just do a search, you can see what people have tried, what has worked, and what hasn't.

ok thanks i will do.
correct me if im wrong but can you use rc car 540 and 550 motors and car escs in this boat or does it have to be a specific boat esc and motor due to the cooling system, eg air cooled vs water cooled?
