Default Advice on first build please

Hi All,

Im looking to build my first fast electric to race at my local club. They have some specific rules so I was wondering if anybody can suggest a hull suitable to comply with them:

540/550 sized 3-pole motors with crimped can. Single wound and not less than 19 turns.
Propeller not to exceed P30.

The lake where we race is reasonably sheltered but never flat calm and is freshwater.

I'm preferably looking for reasonably detailed plans as this is my first powered build (I have built yachts before) and would like to build with wood but not adverse to a little glass cloth on top. A kit is also a possibility.

Thanks in advance,
Andy
