This is the most frustrating thing about HK, and its their delivery time on items in backorder.
I ordered a Genesis hull on the 5th of november last year, and they still haven't shipped it!
The problem seems to be a Turnigy 9x transmitter on the same order that has been on backorder ever since i ordered the boat.
But the thing is that i made sure not to order any items on backorder, and my transmitter wasn't at the time of my purchase, but it became backorder right after my order was placed, and has been backorder ever since.
With no option to modify my order (cancel the transmitter), Im stuck with waiting for months for my new boat, simply because of a stupid cheap transmitter I ordered as a backup radio system
So frustrating!

No, I haven't.
Previously there has been a button saying "edit/modify order", which could be used to cancel items.
Not so on this particular order.
I could ask them to split it, but it would cost extra shipping.
I don't think thats fair, since their status was that the item was in storage when I ordered, and they just decided to make it backorder after I placed the order :/
Well.... Its still winter here so its not really any hurry. But i would like to get started on the boat, and have it running well in time of spring.

Hello, perhaps you could suggest that they split the order and only charge shipping once because they are at fault.....

I contacted them just now on live support, and according the them the problem was a water cooling plate which was out of stock (which according to their webshop has 6 in stock).
And the Turnigy 9x were in stock, which according to webshop is on backorder.
Good thing i contacted them then. Thanks for the suggestion
They cancelled the cooling plate and now its on its way.

if that had been tower hobby or hobbypartz i bet you would have had all your stuff minus the bo item with the money back in your account . i have had hobbypartz call me before when i ordered something and it didnt come in stock for a month. thats right i said it THEY CALLED ME . now whats that say about hk? ive tried 1 order for batts 1 time never again .
