Default Hyperion EOS0606i AC/DC Charging NIMH??

Hey guys I am looking for some help.I purchased the charger as stated in the topic.I am trying to charge the nimh batteries I have. 8.4v 3000mah.At what rate can I charge the battery pack at??I was told 3 amps max. Also I tried to charge at 0.3 amps and the voltage after 10 minutes read 9.012 volts??Is this normal??But the Mah was very low.Im guessing I should charge at 3.0amps??Anyone know???Any input would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Check out hangtimes hobbies- good info. 3amps would be 1C which is a fast charge for nimh I think. Check out hangtimes though

You are fine on both accounts. Voltage is always higher when fully charged,

I'm a plane guy but there are several good threads on rc universe answering exactly that question.<div>I think miss geicko? Or something did well. The spartan was slated to hell- you might get a replacement esc for free as so many people have done the same.</div><div>Apparently the spartan hull I okay bit the electrics are not.</div><div>Depending in how handy you are you could upgrade the motor esc and prop? Offshore electrics is a good place to start</div>

Thanks I called Castle today and they said they would send out a ESC to me.They said the've had this problem before It seems as this is common and I have 30 days to send back the old one after receiving my replacement. So Im gonna try that and see if the hull is worth holding onto for now.Well see they werent able to tell me if ill have it for this weekend or not.I am hoping for the best.Wish me luck!!
