Question Mini Cat Hydroplane

I have a Mini cat and it goes like heck I did put a little weight in the nose to keep it down and it worked. I am having a problem with it stopping during a run , I will run it for two three or four minutes and it will stop. then after 5 sec or so start right up and go like heck. it will stop again and same thing start again. it is getting water for cooling i bring it in and check nothing is to hot either? not sure what the problem is. I have two sets of lipos and it will happen with both batteries too. thanks for any help I can get guys. brian Ok

Under a high sudden load, battery voltage can drop instantly and if the ESC has low voltage protection it can cause this stops. I'm not very experienced, but i've heard that this sometimes happens with low quality bateries. Some ESCs have adjustable low voltage protection.

that sounds like it might be it but it does happen even going at half speed with not a big draw on the batteries.

Well I check all connections and changed the radio and receiver and it works perfect now.
