Default thinking about an ESC upgrage

I have an Impulse 31 V2 that I'm thinking about upgrading the ESC and motor in so that I have a reliable 6S set up. I was thinking about the Turnigy 180amp ESC form HobbyKing for $89.99. Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this ESC.

It's one of the most popular choices for what you are planning to do - inexpensive and plenty of current capacity for upgraded motors and 6S power in a "midsize" boat.

Make sure its version 3 as the earlier versions have issues.
