Hello everyone! This washed up behind my house and I know nothing about rc boats. So I have a few questions.

It it looks like it still has a charge. There are 2 green LEDs and 1 flashing red LED inside.

How would I go about getting a charger and a remote for it. Also and ideas what it's worth?
