Default Another speed 400 question

Is a speed 400 6 volt running on a 8 cell a good speed..........im using a balsa wood 21 inches

Right you are!

A 6V, 400 motor will need watercooling on 8 cells, and still wont last very long, because the brushes and commutor wear out rather quick....
Good thing these motors are cheap.
