Default help needed choosing the right propolsion

I am new to electric rc boats. I am planing on getting a dumas donzi and getting a single big motor to put in it with a battery backer. so it is going to hold like 60 max batteries. I might think of putting dual jet drives on it but am not sure. and if you have any videos of a jet drive in action it will much appriciated. Please help and i thank you for taking the time to read this post even if you don't bother to answer.
