i got the plans for the Yellow Jacket Outrigger and i was wondering if any knows where i can order octura parts or would it be easier and cheaper to make the strut and rudder.

If you know what you are doing you can certainly make the strut and rudder, but I'd suggest buying them for you first few boats. You can use the strut, rudder and bracket sold by Hughey Boats, or order the parts from Octura direct. Fine Design also sells Octura hardware.

How are you going to power this boat, perhaps I can make some suggestions....
