Default help with grey thunder

Hey, I need some help with my grey thunder. When I connect the batteries, the motot just accelerates on it's own. The prop moves in the way it would move to go in reverse and its full speed. Also, my transmitter and everything are on and the steering works fine. thanks

or... he has water in his electronics cause my zig zag racaer goes insane like at full speed and turns whatever way it wants and doesnt stop till it is unpluged
