Great service

Hey guys. We have all had our dealings with companies that are fast to take your money but slow on service. Well Fun R/C Boats is NOT on of them. I bought a motor from them a few days ago (shipped very fast too) and went to install it tonight and noticed it smelled burnt. I checked it and it was dead. I wrote them an email and to my shock I got a reply
(9:30PM) from Debbie. They are very sorry and will ship a new one tomorrow and asked me to please return the old one within the next 2 weeks. Now is that GREAT service or what! No hassles or even waiting to get the old one first. They know how to treat their customers right. We all have complained about some company at one time or another and I thought we should also let others know about the good ones too. Happy boating and keep em floating.

My Feedback: (1)
I've only dealt with Debbie when inquiring about when a new boat is being released. She had called my house when I wasn't at home then sent me an e-mail. With the problems that I've seen lately from some others, it's always good to see the ones that have done the customer right!

So far they have not messed up on my orders at all and have been very fast to arrive. Every one can make a mistake but it's how they handle it that counts. I expected a reply in a day or two, not at 9:30 PM the same night I wrote to them and there was no blaming me for doing something wrong. To me customer care counts big time.

that isent particulary good servece because ur motor was burnt out[:@] but 2ndly she got back to u very quickley and sent u a new 1 "now thats good servace".

I don't think they sent a defective motor on purpose, what would they gain? So that was not their mistake at all. I am talking about the great customer service AFTER the sell. Getting back to me at night and sending out a replacement before they got theirs back was above and beyond I think. No other company has done so much to take care of a customer, at least I haven't found one till now. Recently I got a defective tail motor for my helicopter, the company said send it back we'll look at it and if it was not abused we will send a replacement. With Funrcboats there was no questions, just an apology and sent out a new one the next day. As I said before a lot of us (including me) have written in complaining about when a company screws us so it's only fair to praise one for excellent service too.
