Default broken prop?

Hey guys. I just got my turbo vee runnig again and went out to try it. New 600 race motor and a Graupner 29mm prop. It was running really good and the motor was staying a cool 88 degrees then it suddenly slowed way down. I got it back to shore and both blades were broke off length wise. From the base to the tips. The water is between 2 and 10 feet deep so I didn't hit anything. Have any of you had this happen?

If the prop is plastic -- IT'S CRAP -- put on a metal one like an Octura and it will never happen again Trust me , I've been there

It's supposed to be carbon fiber and it was brand new, right in the beginning of the second battery. I plan on a metal prop once I know for sure what size works the best.

You could have hit anything...a stick, a turtle, a fish, some kind of debris in the water that you really can't see. Don't worry about it, it happens from time to time.

Always bring spare props
