Default Looking For A Boat

I have owned rc cars both nitro and electric, I generally liked electric better. So I know I want electric, but as far as what boat I have no clue. I have looked at them but I dont know what I will really need. I will be using it in a lake. There are really no waves because it is in between two barriers of land. My budget is about 125$. I really don't want any high performance machine. I just want something that I can take out and drive without having to maintain it very much. I do want something that is durable though, and that will go. I would really like rtr but a kit would work if it is cheaper/better. I will need a charger and batt. to. Thanks in advance.

You might look at the Reef Racer2. It's a very durable little boat with decent speed (about 12 mph) and if you do flip it it self rights. You can get those for about $80.00 rtr. Another good one is the Tower Hobbies Turbo Vee. It's bigger and faster (about 15 mph with a 7 cell pack) and can be easily upgraded if you do want to go faster later. Those are about $137.00 rtr.

I did a little checking and I think I am wanting a hovercraft now, but I cant find any I like. Is there a place that sells them that is good. I found hovercrafts.org but there stuff is a little too expensive I would rather just build my own if I am going to have to spend that much. I dont know really. I think I am just going to wait until I can afford something better. Because why spend 130$ on something that isn't really that good, if I am going to have something I want the best. So I will just wait. Thanks for your reply.
