Attention: If you are interested in REAL fast electric speed and are in the south Georgia/north Florida area, the IMPBA will be hosting the second annual Fast Electric Speed Event the first weekend in March in Valdosta Georgia. This even will feature top speed racers from around the country trying to break the existing IMPBA fast electric records. Last year the fastest boat made an 83.58 mph pass, with lots of other boats running faster than you've ever seen an electric boat run! Spectators are welcome, so if you want to see some of the fastest boats in the country, want to learn how to make your boat go faster, or just want to enjoy a day watching racers at the pond, plan to be there Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

The lake is south of Valdosta Georgia on I-75: take Exit 13 and turn west, the pond is just off the freeway. Be there! [8D]
