In a 90cm Boat, Hydro? Cat , Deep V??

What did you have in mind
Did you want to Run a Twin Prop Set up or a Big Large Prop?

What Goals Did You want to Achieve ? How much Money will you throw into Building the Boat?

As Is a Double Turn 8 with Correct Prop Size and Dead flat Water in a Deep V Hull could Hit a Theoretical 50kph but there are too many Vairables to give an Accurate answer..

Tell us what You intend to run so we can give you a Ball Park Figure

That low of a turn motor will not do well in a boat unless you gear it down. With a 540 motor which is what I am guessing you have, I would put it in a smaller boat than a 36". I would go with something like a 26" boat. 540 size motors don't have enough torque to push a boat that big, unless it was geared down and then you have to think, "why?" So why don't you start at the other end of the spectrum. Like what kind of boat are you looking at. Single or dual drive? Deep Vee or semi deep vee? Cat? Hydro?Fiberglass or ABS hull?

btw grk65, i dropped your esc and 440 motor in my reef racer today. with an 8-cell IB1400 this little boat is a mouse with it's tail on fire!!! i'll get some video next time i take it out. the motor was steaming a little bit though after the run lol!! i'm going to try some throttle control and not WOT all the time. haha yea right - think i need to buy a silicone cooling jacket.... the stock aluminum aint cutting it.

next mod is a modified 1.25" prop.

anci3nt, I am very glad to hear it and I am glad you are happy. Don't forget to leave positive feedback for me. Also you might want to back off one cell and make it 7 instead of 8. the motor will last alot longer that way. Yes a cooling jacket will help but I don't think it will solve the problem.

Don't worry about it, I just realized that we didn't go through the proper steps. You would have had to make me an offer on my listing and I would have had to accept it and then I would have to generate an invoice through the RC universe system and then I would have marked it as payed and then we could have rated each other. But like I said, don't worry about it, it doesn' t matter that much anyway.lol
